PawCaptain was founded in Charleston, SC — a city where history, beauty, and coastal living intersect in a way that's unlike anywhere else in the world. We live here, we walk our dogs here, and we're inspired by this place every single day. The oyster shells along the creek banks. The palmetto trees swaying in the sea breeze. The warm, golden light that hits the harbor at dusk. This is the world that shaped PawCaptain.
Three Dogs, One Big Idea
Our three dogs — the original PawCaptain crew — are the reason this brand exists. We wanted accessories for them that reflected our home and our aesthetic. We looked around and couldn't find what we were looking for: pet products that were genuinely beautiful, rooted in a sense of place, and made with real care. So we made them ourselves.
