Print-on-Demand Production

Many Paw Captain products are custom printed after purchase. This means production begins once an order is placed, and items are not typically stocked in advance.

Because of this made-to-order process, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or changes once an order has entered production, except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
